1 Cup Margarine
1 1/2 Cups sugar
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbs. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl, cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Add the dry ingredients to the margarine mixture. Stir until well blended. Refridgerate for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
Form dough into teaspoon size balls and roll in the sugar mixture. Place on a cookies sheet with parchment paper about 2″ apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
I made these cookies for Joe and Nadine’s wedding. Everyone really liked them. I used bread flour instead of regular all pupose. Next time I am going to use all purpose and see if there is a difference. It will be a nice little cookie experiment. I’ll let you know what kind works best!
