1. Start 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a pot or in a rice cooker.
2. Defrost 1-2 chicken breasts in microwave, cut into small pieces and cook in a sauce pan in some oil on medium heat.
3. Open 1 can of cream of chicken soup and add it to the chicken in the sauce pan. Mix in 1/2 can milk. Heat on low to keep warm. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
4. Prepare the following toppings:
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped pineapple
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 can sliced olives
crunchy chinese noodles
Set all ingredients on the table and let everyone make their own haystack.
