2-3 chicken tenders per person
1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Dash of salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
1. Cut chicken into strips.
2. In a bowl or pie dish, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix.
3. In a separte dish, beat the egg. Coat the chicken strips in the egg and then transfer to the bread crumbs.
4. Using a spoon cover the chicken with bread crumbs until well coated. Place in a 9×13 baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until strips are well cooked.
