1. Scrub and wash potatoes. (1 per person or more if you want leftovers)
2. With a fork, poke holes all around the potato wo it won’t explode while cooking.
3. Microwave for 5 minutes and then turn potato and microwave for another 5 minutes. Keep turning the potato and cooking until the potato is soft. You can also bake in the oven. Just place potatoes on the middle oven rack and cook at 425 degrees F for 40-60 minutes.
4. While the potato is cooking, prepare any of the following toppings:
Grated cheese, green or red peppers, ham, sour cream, sliced olives, green onions, tomatoes, bacon bits, chili, etc.
